Why Call2Action?

What’s in a name?

Some might think our name ‘Call2Action’ is meant to be “cute” (…and it is), but for us it has a much more powerful connotation. Too often creative people design for their own amusement or entertainment. They embark upon a particular design not for a customer’s needs but because it satisfies an internal need for originality or to broaden their own skills. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it might not generate the type of business goals that an owner or marketing manager might aspire to reach. Speaking candidly, we believe this to be a selfish approach.

In our humble opinion, designing with the end goal in mind is always the first step in reaching that goal. One must first focus on satisfying the needs of the customer and then focus on primary calls to action which can generate a result desirable by the business. Armed with this approach, we’ve conducted tens of thousands of studies that experiment with learning what interests consumers and generates solid return on one’s investment.
